The other option is to use this program:

Run it and let it download shed loads of stuff but then you can use all that both to update Windows and Office at the same time.0 -

Looks like a few potential solutions there
1) Registry fix
or two simpler solutions
2) Install silverlight (you can uninstall after) - see post 24401 on above thread
3 Add a new user account (you can delete after) - see post 24409 on above thread0
