If you open both doors is there a label with the model/serial number visible anywhere around the rim of the oven ?0

No looked everywhere, unless there is something behind or side of oven but as built in and unsure how to get oven out, also didn't want to mess up the small oven we have currently working lol0

Also not thinking much of it as we remember the previous owner saying some part didn't work, I cleaned both ovens out with a oven cleaner spray, the top of the bottom oven was caked in stuff on the top and when I cleaned a small piece came out with was mushroom shaped and small, like a plastic screw. The element thing is on the back so no where near that.0

Well went into currys and turns out there was different height sizes it's a 60cm across and 71cm height, most seem to be 70cm heinghy but our current one is 71cm?, also they said is it plug or wired, I'm guessing it's wired as we just press the red on button on the wall.0

Could anyone tell me is the a built under or built in?
Also this oven is 71cm height, I have seen 2 ovens one being 70cm and the other being 72cm would they fit in?

Built-under means the oven is on the floor, under the worktop.

Built-in means that there is a cupboard underneath, then the double oven is at eye level.
