Incorrect Reg Input - PE

Received a Parking Charge Notice from Parking Eye. I believe I incorrectly inputted my registration details at a Client's office as I had just got a new car the day before. Can anyone advise of the best course of action to take in disputing this PCN as this was a genuine mistake?

What did your clients office say when you discussed this with them?
Parking companies aren't interested in genuine any things, only genuine cash don't try that one, read the newbies thread for further information.0 -

Ask the client's office to email you and confirm that you did attend as a genuine visitor or patron, and were authorised to be there, and did input your VRN, which may have been incorrect due it being a new car the day before, with an unfamiliar registration.
Use that email as proof, attached to an online appeal (NEVER by post to PE). Call yourself the keeper, as per the example of a template first appeal in the NEWBIES thread. NOT the driver, do not talk about who parked the car, talk about ''the driver'' in the third person.
Or, ask the client company to cancel the damn thing immediately.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If you have used your real name as your username, ask one of the board guides such as Crabman to change it. Parking scammers monitor this forum and have been known to use posts from here in court against some posters.
Only ever refer to The Keeper, The Driver, or Occupants of the vehicle.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Throughout the advice is never reveal who was driving.
You need to edit your op to remove details of who was driving. Use "the driver"0
