I think this year was the first time they sent them out to customers.

Was mine the only one that was wrong or did nobody else look at them?

That doesn't surprise me, as two years ago, they couldn't even do me a dual fuel quote .I worked one out myself, then tried their online system,which refused to quote for as I was an excessive user . A cs person agreed, but a second, older lady did a manual quote which matched mine within a few pence.


The whole thibg was a farce as my usage was well under the online average, as our gas boiler had been broken throughout the winter, so the only gas usage was for the gas fire.
