Gladstone brooks done a ppi claim for but the bank contacted me directly with a settlement, will I still be due money to Gladstone brooks.

    Yes, as they did the work to get the settlement. They will send you an invoice which you will need to pay as you signed an agreement with them.

    The exact answer will be somewhere between 'loads' and "christ, how much?"

    If it truly was "years ago", the letter of authority to represent you in PPI complaints may have expired. Unfortunately, the only way to be sure is to ask them.

    If you originally complained using them [years ago?], and were rejected, and then the bank did another independent inquiry, and decided to uphold your complaint, then, no, you don't owe them anything.
