Tell ToysRUs Head office in a complaint, that you were browsing for birthday pressies or a bike or console or large summer toy equipment (if true), and have now decided to shop elsewhere as you can't afford to be ripped off and unsupported as a genuine customer of the store.

Demand they reconsider and cancel this threat.
