I want to 'cash' out my shares but do not know which buttons to press on the 'my account' to sell to convert to cash and be able to withdraw my money. Can you give me the step by step. Thanks.0

From 'My Account' select the account with the shares you want to sell, e.g. Stocks and Shares ISA. Assuming you mean shares and not funds press the green arrow next to the shares you want to sell. Select Sell, enter your total number of shares in the Quantity box and select 'Number of shares' in quantity type. Press Place a Deal then Accept. The process is similar for funds
Once you have sold all your shares and they have settled after a few days select Withdraw Money under the Cash tab0 -
