Got an email for this valid for yesterday and today.
Can anyone tell me if it means the item has to be listed within the 2 days to qualify, or sold withing the 2 days?
It doesn't seem clear to me.

Listed within the 2-day period. If you read the Terms, they are very clear:
'Create up to 100 listing(s) on eBay.co.uk in an eligible category, starting during the promotion period, using the auction-style or fixed price format, and pay a maximum of £1 in final value fees per listing if they sell.
Before your 100 listings start, you need to have actively opted in to the promotion via the RSVP link shown in the marketing communication.
You won’t pay an insertion fee for each of the 100 listings. Listing upgrade fees will still apply and will be charged according to the eBay fees policy.
The number of listings eligible under this promotion may be less where seller restrictions apply. Click here to learn more about selling limits.
Item must sell within 30 days of listing.'0 -
Do you lose the promotion if you change the asking price?0

If you change within the 2 day period then you should be OK, change it after then you maybe liable for the full fees.
Does it apply to fixed price with offer?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
It was a fixed price offer. Not according to the T&Cs above - it is the date you create the listing that matters (and if it's an auction, the price changes anyway if you get more than one bidder!).
I was going to drop the price a little to shift the item quicker, but it always says "relist with new price". Re-list makes it sound like the offer would be dropped.0 -

If you use the 'revise' option you can then change the price and you will see a button at the bottom of the page saying 'revise listing with displayed fees' - i.e. it isn't a re-list.0 -
