Replacing soil pipe

I need a new bathroom fitted but before I do I need to replace the soil pipe outside as it is old and starting to crack.
I don't know if it is asbestos or that pressed concrete stuff etc. How do I find out?
What trade do I contact to do the work and would they test for asbestos?
Also, the soil pipe is set into a very heavy concrete and Pebble path. How would they get round that? Would my path have to be taken up? We
