I claimed against Egg via Resolver giving just personal details and no account details as I just do not have them any more. Canada Square responded in 10 days giving details of 6 small loan accounts held with Egg, offering over £3k in compensation. Also had positive responses from Capital One, M&S and Santander so exceptionally happy girl right now as it will put my financial life right back on track at long last :-)0
