These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the Quidco Great Car Giveaway. All participants will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Enter into as many Eligible Transactions as you like with Eligible Retailers
Each Eligible Transaction during the Promotion Period will constitute an entry in the Draw
For the purposes of the Draw:
An “Eligible Transaction” is a Qualifying Transaction (see the Quidco Account Holder Agreement for the meaning of Qualifying Transaction) with an Eligible Retailer made through the Quidco.com service (“Quidco”) which shows a status of ‘tracked’ in the participant’s Quidco account
The spend with the Eligible Retailer must be greater than £0.01 to qualify as an Eligible Transaction; if the Eligible Retailer tracks at £0.00 spend, you may be asked to verify your purchase.
An “Eligible Retailer” is a retailer other than the Excluded Retailers specified below
The “Promotion Period” is from 08:00 on 12th June 2017 to 23:59 on 30th June 2017
The Draw will take place within seven days after the end of the Promotion Period. The winner will be contacted by the Quidco Customer Service team between [7th July 2017 and 10th July 2017].
The winner will be entitled to receive:
A cash prize of £25,000
A new BMW 220i Step Auto M Sport (insurance, road tax and other incidental costs not included), or alternatively (if so selected by the winner) a cash prize (in addition to 1. above) of £25,000

The Promotion Period
The Promotion will be open for entry by means of Eligible Transactions during the Promotion Period – from 08:00 BST on 12th June 2017 to 23:59 BST on 30th June 2017.
The Promotion
The Promotion is for a Draw that consists of:
A cash prize of £25,000; and
A new BMW 220i Step Auto M Sport (insurance, road tax and other incidental costs not included), or alternatively (if so selected by the winner) a cash prize of £25,000 for one winner. There are no runner-up prizes.
Who can enter?
The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man that, at the start of the Promotion Period, are aged 18 years or over. Participants must enter into one or more Eligible Transactions during the Promotion Period.
Participants are not required to have a valid UK driving licence in order to enter the Promotion or to win the BMW 220i Step Auto M Sport car as a prize, but that prize may only be collected by, or by a representative of, a winner who is in possession of a valid UK driving licence at the time of collection of that prize.
Employees (and their families) of Maple Syrup Media Limited (“MSM”, “we” or “us”) or of any affiliates or subsidiary companies of MSM, any representatives or agents of those companies, and anyone else who may be involved with the Promotion, are ineligible for the Promotion.
Selection of the winner
The winner of the Draw will be selected at random from the pool of entries automatically generated during the Promotion Period. Each Eligible Transaction during the Promotion Period constitutes an entry in the Draw.

5. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via e-mail or phone between [7th July 2017 and 10th July 2017] using the contact details provided by them in their Quidco account, and will be asked to respond within [5] days of initial notification. Failure to do so will result in an alternative winner being selected from all valid entrants.
The winner’s response must include an indication, which we will be entitled to treat as final, of whether the winner wishes to accept the car prize (BMW 220i Step Auto M Sport) or its alternative of £25,000 cash.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the contact details present in their Quidco account are accurate, complete and up-to-date including, but not limited to, their postal address and county.
The car prize
It may take a period of up to three months for the car to be made available after winner notification – or longer, depending upon any available options selected by the winner.
Where possible Quidco will endeavour to deliver the car to any winner living on the UK mainland. If the winner lives elsewhere in the UK (i.e. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man) they will be obliged to collect, or make arrangements for the collection of, the car from a location specified by Quidco at an agreed time and at their own expense.
Maintenance, taxation, insurance and all other running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the time of collection. The winner will be allowed to choose the colour of the car, depending on availability from the dealer at which the prize is purchased by Quidco.
The BMW 220i Step Auto M Sport. This promotion is not associated with BMW (UK) Limited. However, we may arrange for the purchase of the car from BMW (UK) Limited (or another relevant entity) to be made in the name of the winner, for example to ensure that post-sales and post-supply obligations remain with that entity. We will not have any responsibilities attributable to the seller or supplier of the car, including (without limitation) for any warranty, post-sales or post-supply matters. Third party terms and conditions may apply to the prize, and you may be required to agree to them as a condition of obtaining the prize.
The car prize will be new at first registration and will be registered in the name of the winner.
Title passes at the point the vehicle is collected by the winner.
The cash prize(s)
The payment of the cash prize(s) will be made to the winner by bank transfer or another method that may be agreed by MSM.
Exclusion From Participation
Any attempt to manipulate, influence or affect the Promotion in any way is prohibited and will result in exclusion from participation.
If MSM has suspicions or knowledge that any participant has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, MSM reserves the right to disqualify that participant and. MSM may also disqualify any participant that does not act in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (or is acting in a way that contravenes the spirit and intention of these Terms and Conditions) or the Quidco Account Holder Agreement, and/or any other policies or terms and conditions that MSM may communicate to you.
Data Use
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to his or her name (and, where known, county) being made available on Quidco, through other channels (such as Twitter and Facebook) and/or upon request. If you do not agree to this, you must not accept any part of the prize. The winner agrees to take part in other reasonable publicity and PR activity relating to the Promotion at our request and expense.
General
MSM reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which in MSM’s reasonable opinion make it necessary for it to do so. MSM reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions where in MSM’s reasonable opinion it is necessary to do so. This includes the ability to substitute or replace the car prize with an alternative that is, in MSM’s reasonable opinion, of equivalent value if in MSM’s reasonable opinion circumstances require it.
No correspondence will be entered into by MSM in relation to the Promotion.
We cannot and do not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting a prize.
MSM may use third parties to facilitate one or more elements of the Promotion. These third party service providers are subject to confidentiality agreements with us and other legal restrictions that prohibit the use of the information we provide them for any other purpose except to facilitate the specific outsourced MSM-related operation. The Draw will be carried out and administered by MSM.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. MSM and participants irrevocably agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts over any claim or matter arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or the Promotion.
