Have sent appeal online using the appeal template as provided in the "Newbies" thread. Today have received a rejection letter telling me to further appeal to Independent Appeals Service (IPS) within 21 days from 07/06/2017. Can anyone please advise me the next step to follow, or to provide any link which is helpful? Appreciating for any advice.
