how to fix Indesit oven door - inner glass

Hello
I can't secure inner glass with brackets. Below 'thing' is missing on one side and I am unable to screw a screw to a bracket, which secures the glass.
I was wondering if anyone knows how this 'thing' is called and where I could order it? Alternatively if there is any other way to secure it?
And this is the bracket holding the glass that is screwed to this 'thing'
