Experian change of details

Hi all,

Just logged into my account to see my current address is incorrect. I've changed it to my correct one now, any idea how long it takes? My old address is still showing as my current.

The Experian credit file is normally updated a few times per month, but you would need to contact them to find out, on average, how long this sort of information takes to update.

Their website says that you need to do a form online to update your address - http://www.experian.co.uk/consumer/questions/askjames326.html and I would suggest you give them a quick call to check this with them. It seems quite straight forward, so hopefully shouldn't take too long.
