Why do we test for Asbestos?
A. If you have it in your home you need to evacuate to a safe distance immediately and ensure you do not use a naked flame
B. It is impossible to drill through asbestos, so you are likely to burn out your drill
C. Before 1987 Asbestos was common in Artex, and if disturbed can cause serious and potentially fatal lung damage :j
D. It makes Artex change to a drab brown colour over time, and this cannot be painted over.
