If it's a regret purchase it's down to you whether or not you'd like to actually refund, but it's certainly the buyer's responsibility to cover the postage costs. Of course, the buyer could always damage the item, which always seems to be a common way of getting around regret purchases.
Why have you dragged a post up from June last year to give the OP (who probably isn't going to revisit the thread) misleading advice?0 -
