A question about the DD set up on my ING account

The DD facillity provides both *pull* (withdrawals) and *push* (deposits) capabilities. If you look at your options when you want to *move* money you can select the from and to accounts (doesn't matter which way).
You can also set up a manual credit facillity with your own bank to *push* money into ING without any issus. As a previous poster commented their sort code / account number are at the bottom of the page after you have logged in.

Whole threads spring up about transfer mechanisms and consequences on interest, so it's important to get this correct ...The DD facillity provides both *pull* (withdrawals) and *push* (deposits) capabilities.
No, it does not. Withdrawals from your ING account go by 3-day BACS transfer to your current account.
Why on earth would using the same screen to arrange transfers in different directions imply that they go by the same underlying mechanism?
If you plan to refute this again, call them and ask them first.0 -
Chill dude, I was merely saying that the DD mandate info provided ING with the information required for a DD from your bank account and the info required to credit money back into your bank account.
