i hope you sent the item via a trackable method...... as the buyer might raise a fake claim against you with paypal........smile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to....

DO NOT REFUND! It is their problem and personally I would tell them that you do not mind if they sell the item on in order to recoup the funds they have lost. I did this once before and the buyer was fine with it - it was a bra I had sold and they supposedly bought the correct size but it didn't fit, not my problem!"Life may not always be the party you wish for, but whilst here you may aswell dance"!!!

ive had to sell items that didnt fit before.just one of those things.
infact most times i actually made a profit but i would never try and return an item as generally its not worth the grief0
