Ebay - buyer wants to return item

    i hope you sent the item via a trackable method...... as the buyer might raise a fake claim against you with paypal........

    Also, most people know that different high street stores do different sizes - I can go from a size 12 top to a size 16 varience on store.

    Wouldn't refund as mentioned before you are not a catalogue. I've always bought things from ebay and if they dont fit I resell them myself. I assume this is what most people what do?

  • DO NOT REFUND! It is their problem and personally I would tell them that you do not mind if they sell the item on in order to recoup the funds they have lost. I did this once before and the buyer was fine with it - it was a bra I had sold and they supposedly bought the correct size but it didn't fit, not my problem!

    ive had to sell items that didnt fit before.just one of those things.
    infact most times i actually made a profit but i would never try and return an item as generally its not worth the grief
