Prepaid card, i.e. Pockit, Soldo, Credit card such as Aqua.

Daily credit limit. Soldo P.O.S. transactions can be limited and/or turned off. Soldo ATM withdrawals can be limited and/or turned off.

Auto top-up: Standing order?

If you lose the card the bank should reimburse fraudulent transactions. If paranoid go with Soldo

As others have said, a prepaid card gets close. I used to use Santander's Kitti card until they abandoned the service for just what you want. However I would expect Momentum or Revolut cards to allow you to limit the amount of money accessible yet work in shops and where Oyster are needed. Revolut has a very good app that keeps you in touch with expenditure and balance, but it let me down in Menorca when, although I could pay a hotel bill, it wouldn't let me get cash at a bank. Both cards allow you to do standing orders onto the card, so you could keep the balance quite low. No way to top-up automatically on demand, though, but that is good from the security point of view. No way to avoid the occasional need to put in a pin, though, I guess.
