HSBC Online Saver

Hey,

Just wondering if anyone had got last months interest applied to it yet? I'm still waiting for mine, I rung up HSBC but they were pretty clueless.

Thanks,

Matt

  • Hi Matt,

The interest on my account was paid as normal on the first.

Did you make any withdrawals at all? If you did they won't pay any.

Nah, I paid money in twice but no withdrawals. I've sent a online message, they're usually not too bad at replying.

The only other thing I can think of - which actually caught me out when I first had the account.. is that I had asked HSBC to automatically pay the interest to a different account (so its not counted as a 'withdrawal')

I don't suppose you have done this?

    Regards

    Hey,

Yeah they paid it into my current account but I thought it was just my current account net interest so the world is all good now. £1.83 richer lol :-|
