I have debts (unsecured own name) but my husband is setting up a limited company. I will be a £1 shareholder not a director or anything - will the new company show up in a credit search?

Your credit report contains details of your credit history - not what shares you may or may not own. However, there will be a record at Companies House should anyone wish to check.0
