Can I claim PPI if I had an endowment mortgage

If you had PPI then if you believe you were missold PPI you can obviously make a complaint (assuming that is what you meant by "claim PPI")
If you didn't have PPI (and an Endowment Policy is not PPI) then it would be a bit futile to complain about a missold policy you didn't actually have. Though that hasn't stopped thousands of people!!0 -
PPI was never sold on endowment policies. This will be a waste of your time.0

While that is true it would not preclude the OP from having PPI as its perfectly possible to have a separate PPI policy to the endowment policy.0
