I'm a user of MSeven Software, specially their password management app MSecure.
This recently got extensively upgraded and MSecure 5 was released.
Back in April 2017, I got an email for a pre-order of MSecure 5, $10, this basically gave me cross platform (Windows, IOS and Android) password management.
So, I took the offer. I oldly got my reply via something called paddle (I understand, this is correct and not some scam). with the promise the release would be out by the end of April, this went on and on until the end of June.
So when MSecure 5 was finally released, it works for IOS, Android and only Windows 10.
I can't quite understand why a company would actively exclude 70% of all windows users. Yes that is right only a 30% uptake on W10 globally.
I've now requested a refund (actually) twice with only the standard automated reply.
