1. The Promoter is Coty Prestige Limited, St George House, 5 St Georges Road, Wimbledon, SW19 4DR.
2. All entrants must be aged 18 or over , residents of the UK and must not be employees of the Promoter, other Coty companies or anyone professionally associated with the competition (or immediate family members of any of these).
3. There are 10 separate competitions held each day between 1st October 2007 and 10th October 2007. Competition starts on 1st October 2007 at 12 o'clock AM and ends on 10th October 2007 at 11:59 o'clock PM. All entries for each day's competition must be made on-line between the hours of 12.00am and 11.59pm. No purchase necessary.
4. To be entitled to enter, register your details at https://www.jenniferlopezbeauty.com. In order to enter each day's competition, you must follow the instructions online each day.
5. Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted. Any late, damaged, corrupted or incomplete entries will be automatically disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for damaged or corrupted entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
6. The draw for each day's competition will be made the following day from all valid entries received. The winner of the prize will be the first entrant drawn at random.
7. The prize for each competition is a Jennifer Lopez branded Apple Video iPod (30 GB) with video capabilities. There are ten prizes to be awarded over the period 1st October to 10th October 2007.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to change any of the prize details. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative in exchange for the prize or any part of it. However, in the event of any of the prize being unavailable for any reason the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of the same or higher value.
9. Each winner will be notified by email no later than 31st October 2007.
10. Entrants agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this competition, which include the instructions for entry, details of the prizes and other information in relation to the competition. The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to this competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 11. The winner may be required to participate in publicity and entry to this competition confirms consent to publicise their name and country of residence. 12. Details (name and county) of the winners can be obtained by sending an S.A.E. to the Promoter’s address by 1st April 2008.

I don't understand this comp.

How can it be an instant win comp when according to the T&Cs they don't draw the winner until the next day???

So, how can the website say "today's ipod has already been won" when they don't make the draw until the next day?

If you click off the competition page and then click back onto it you can enter.
