Hi all, I received this parking fine for parking here for a short duration of time. It says they recorded me on CCTV as I displayed no permit. As I understand you don't have to pay a private parking ticket, is there a template available in order to appeal and cancel the ticket

As above, we need some more information such as the alleged date of the event and the date the keeper received the NTK.
Where did the alleged event take place, including which country? In other words, was this residential or retail or somewhere covered by byelaws such as a station or airport or port authority?
After you have read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES you should then send the IPC template letter you will find there. Don't expect it to be cancelled though.
What happened when you complained to the landowner?

It might do, but not the driver as long as they don't admit that on here. This is explained in the NEWBIES so they should know that once they have read it. How are we to help people if we don't know if the NTK is non POFA compliant on dates?
