Sorry to hear about that and I feel that you would receive better advice and more help to recover any money from the budgeting and current accounts board so I am moving it there.

If you change the title of the post to reflect the situation, it would allow more posters to help you.

Personally, when it happened to me, the fraud department called me, verified a number of transactions and stopped everything that I didn't agree to. Any payments that were taken out of the bank account, they sent me a form to sign and they returned the money with interest. This was Cahoot online.
