    Just to let you know that my appeal was successful.

    I received an email yesterday saying Indigo didn't want to contest the appeal and so my appeal was successful. Thank you everyone for your comments and to the great people who constantly support us newbies to fight back.

    they really dont like contesting bylaws appeals

    their best "indigo solution" is to stop issuing spurious charges where bylaws apply
