I need to get my ID certified by someone, I.e- countersigned. I know teachers can certify ID, but can Sports Teachers/Swimming Teachers and PE Teachers countersign? Just clarifying as I know a Swimming Teacher who will do this for me, so just need to know if they'd accept her as my ID verifier.

There's no general answer, you'll need to ask whoever has asked you for the ID who they'll accept.0

ID for what?
Is this witness o your signature on the contract?
Or is this ID verification for your conveyancer or the seller's conveyancer? If so, ask the conveyancer what will satisfy them?0 -
Id verification for my solicitor (conveyancer)
Not the sale or contract, just initial iD check to begin legal work0 -
Then the only person who can tell you what will satisfy your solicitor, is your solicitor.Id verification for my solicitor (conveyancer)
Not the sale or contract, just initial iD check to begin legal work
However my guess is it would need to be another solicitor or Legal Executive, or a bank.
If it were a witness to your signature on a legal document (eg the purchase document), then almost any old bod would do.0
