"Potential" for Groundwater Flooding

Hi all
We are considering buying a new build property and have just had the environmental searches back. All the searches came back fine however there is one search that is somewhat passively mentioned which is that the property has "potential" for ground water flooding that could reach the surface. It then describes at length how this is simply based on known rock and geological formations in the area. It isn't based on any known flooding incident and seems fairly speculative in nature.
Does anyone have a view on whether this is something that I should worry about. Specifically would it cause me an issue getting insurance? Is there anything I could do to mitigate the risk or would I be worrying about nothing?

Is it possible for you to summarise the description of the geological formations and theorised cause of possible flooding?

Unfortunately it really doesn't go into any detail. It's a GroundSure home buyers report. The only other detail is that it is derived from the British Geological Survey's Suceptibilty to Ground Water Flooding Dataset and that the specific type of flooding is of type "Superficial Deposits Flooding"
The way it's placed in the document almost makes it feel like an afterthought, almost as a bum covering exercise. I've had a poke around the BGS website and it talks about the data set but doesn't offer any guidance on whether it is a genuine concern or just an observation

These are often the sites of springs, but in some cases the aquifer can respond to heavy rainfall by discharging river-like volumes of water out of the ground, sometimes with very little warning.
