Smart watch plus help

Really hope someone could help me . I was lucky enough to win a copilot smart watch plus off twitter Tesco but I can't seem to get the internet to work on the watch .
And I cannot find any info on this brand of watch online plusvthe manual is not very detailed .
I have an iPhone 6S plus and I have managed to sync the smart watch via blue tooth . The watch is android it seems. So calls from my phone now come through to my watch . However when I click on The FB/ Twitter of internet keys on the watch menu it asks for me to insert a valid sim card . But I obviously didn't get a SIM card with the watch and don't want a contract sim for it .
So my question is how can I get the wifi to work on the watchvia Bluetooth . It does say on the back on the watch box " connect to your smart phone via Bluetooth to make and receive calls and view notifications or you can have an option to use a SIM card"
And has the IOS symbol on the back of the box
I really am not techie at all so have no clue .
