Prepaid card loading with credit card

Does anyone know of a prepaid card that doesn't charge a fee for loading using a credit card?

    Because of the fees incurred by a prepaid card company when accepting funds from a credit card, which is usually classed as a purchase, they will not do it for free. The cheapest may be Revolut who charge 1% for loading by CC.
