Hi all..i'm sure this question has probably been asked & answered a thousand times but I'm hoping you can help me...
I'm trying to sort out my other halves PPI claim, so far we've sent off a Subject Access Request & have the information of all the accounts that he had PPI with, & let me tell you there are loads!! dating back years!!
So 1st question..is there a date cut off that we can go back to??
2nd question..we have downloaded the PPI questionnaire form do we need to fill 1 out for each account (there are at least 10!!) or will just 1 cover them all??
Thanks in advance

In most cases, no.
One per firm. Although you should note any differences that may have occurred over time (such as job changes) as a more recent job may have different employer benefits to an old one.2nd question..we have downloaded the PPI questionnaire form do we need to fill 1 out for each account (there are at least 10!!) or will just 1 cover them all??I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Thanks for reply..
What I should've said is that they are all for different accounts but all with Lloyds Bank. So do we need to use 1 form for each then?0 -
