Some photos have disappeared off my Samsung mobile.
Phone is Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 GT-I8160.
When I connect mobile to my Pc via USB, the mobile is shown in Windows Explorer as GT-8160 device.
But my Undelete programs don't see the mobile phone storage areas to search for deleted files, I assume because phone is not seen as Local Disk and they don't see Android storage areas.
I have done google search found a few recovery programs:
https://www.androidpit.com/how-to-recover-lost-data
https://www.recovery-android.com/recover-data-from-android.html
http://www.android-recovery-transfer.com/recover-data-from-android.html
Not sure if these are any good or dodgy software.
Can anyone recommend Android mobile recovery software ?
Thanks

Try disk digger. It's free and it worked for me last year when I accidently deleted an important pic.0

Check your Google account? (I'm presuming that you have the phone syncing to a Google account).0

I know it is a bit like shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted but why not look at one of the cloud storage offerings that automatically copies photos to the cloud when it can. At the minute my personal favourite is pCloudIITYYHTBMAD0

It's quite an old phone, I don't connect to the cloud or sync to google account.ARandomMiser wrote: »I know it is a bit like shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted but why not look at one of the cloud storage offerings that automatically copies photos to the cloud when it can.
