Hi all
I have decided I need to look into PPI. I have registered with credit club and it tells me to do credit check etc but needs to verify my identity. It asks several questions about lenders etc but the final question asks what bank I am with and I don't bank with any of them! Therefore It is not able to verify me. Any idea what I cando now?

PPI will not be shown on your credit report.
You need to write to those lenders you believe mis sold you PPI with your complaint reasons.0 -

Is there not an option that says something like "none of the above" ?
In the meantime sign up at clearscore and Noddle.
As ZX pointed out you need to contact each lender you have dealt with unless your thinking you could see what lenders are mentioned on your report, they only go back 6 years mind.0 -
One of the options will be listed on your file, hence asking the question. If you are sure that you have no association with any of the listed banks then there may be an account listed in error on your file. Contact the credit agency direct and discuss it with them, they will be able to sort it for you.0
