Got beko dw686 not heating water up entered self diagnostic but comes up with 1ft and wont enter self diagnostic. Nobody seems to know the answer to this?

Salt is full, drains perfect goes through cycle perfect, no humming or buzzing just water doesnt get hot checked the wires under door all perfect. Anyone know what the 1ft means when doing self diagnosis?0
