Help- DRP letter

Hi there,
I've been reading all the threads on how to deal with parking fines, but am unsure how best to proceed. I parked on a PPS parking lot in Plymouth on 14/12/16. I paid via phone through RINGO like I always do, (I use this car park several times a month and have done for a a year or so) but for some reason it didn't go through til 10am. Found this out later when I returned to the car at 6pm after work and found a ticket on my window issued at 8.35am. I had an issue with PPS several years ago due to a flipped ticket on windscreen, followed advice to ignore it, and never heard anything back from them after a few scary letters. Anyway, did the same again, as I thought, well I'd paid, and appeals never usually get you anywhere. I'm now getting quite a few letters from DRP, the price has increased from £60 to £160, saying about court action. I've also read that you can't ignore them anymore as they will take you to court.
I've found templates on here to send, but am unsure who to send them to and what to do as I didn't initially appeal. A bit stuck and a bit panicky, any advice would be great appreciated as to what to do next.
Many Thanks.

You probably mis-read about DRP.
DRP are just a time wasting junkie debt collector and they CANNOT take you to court, only the PPC can
PPC's only use DRP and their sister companies because DRP don't charge.
If they manage to collect from someone like you, all DRP collect is the £60
over the top of the charge.
If they don't collect, it's passed back to the PPC and they earn ZERO.
So PPC's get a free service which saves them time and money and
therefore as it's FREE, they use DRP.
It must have been said thousands of times on here >>>
COMPLETELY IGNORE DRP >>> NEVER PAY DRP
If you get court papers (not from DRP) then come back here

You are now in the wait and see phase, having lost your opportunity to appeal. Ignoring from the outset was a mistake!
Ignore everything now unless you get correspondence from court or a formal letter before court action0 -
You can ignore DCAs, they are powerless, it is Private Parking Companies you should not ignore. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

You need no help to ignore DRPlus and Zenith letters.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
