Can I just ask what email address you used for gladstones? I'm in a similar position and wanted to send an email rather than send a letter but can only find an enquiries email for them?

I am aware that this format works, substituting (of course) the actual first name of the sender:

firstname@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk

e.g.

katarzyna@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk

I have also seen in the public domain, will@ and matthew@
