Hi,
I recently put a PPI claim in to Lloyds, I got an a Letter saying they were looking into it. I had a phone call a couple of weeks later,the girl grilled me for 40 minutes and said they would be in touch. The next day someone else called and asked the same questions i explained i had answered these the previous day but she said she was just double checking.
That was 2 weeks ago and i have heard nothing.
Do they keep it to the full 8 weeks if the answer is no? I just assumed i would receive a letter a few days after i had spoken to the girl with the decision.The 8 weeks is up on the 18th June.
