Clydesdale Bank Resolver

Hi, So i put in 2 ppi claims from Clydesdale bank on the 23rd April. I got a letter confirming my claim for one of them a few days later but nothing for the credit cards. Never hear anything via letter or telephone until friday where i got a letter from Loans saying they were upholding my complaint and offered £4704

I called up to enquire about the credit card and they do not have it on the system? I said i could prove i done it as i had the resolver reference.They told me they would get someone to call back and she did today,She apologised but it had been deleted by accident. She said someone would look into this as a priority.The 8 week to respond is 18th June so hopefully hear by then.

Anyone else had this?

It's quite a specific scenario, so I'd guess not.

Complaining direct is always best practice.

Involving any third party (even a free one) is going to have occasional glitches..
