Perhaps the best help that can be given to the OP is for you to stop making such inflammatory (and perhaps defamatory) comments about the enforcement industry and Jacobs such as the following that you have made in this thread over the past 48 hours.
Nice to know you are still the bailiff's main cheerleader 'Herbie' - what exactly is your motive? Having experienced Jacobs myself as well as helping a neighbour, I know for a fact that their NOE's do not comply with legislation.0 -

Please, for anyone who is reading, can you explain how trying for an AOE is in any way an 'avoidance' scheme. Please explain how you come to that conclusion. Unless of course you mean bailiff fee avoidance... in which case, yes, absolutely... unless you believe trying to get fees removed is in someway wrong.0 -
