If someone wanted to cut your power for nefarious reasons, couldn't they just pull the main 100A supply fuse, even if the isolator was moved? I'm assuming this will be in the meter cupboard as they're upstream of the meter....0

Nout stopping them taking a set of bolt loppers to the incoming tails to be fair.... if they are going to that level, then they are going to get in!
Most are opportunistic break ins and they wont bother attempting to kill power or land lines as they know... nor will they be bothered by a security alarm as they are in and out so quick that by the time somebody twitches a curtain, they are already out!0 -

As mentioned the 100amp isolator is yours, the meter box is yours as well you are free to do with it as you please so you could attach a proper lock to it if you wish.0
