Black Horse PPI reclaim refused?

Hi, a few years ago I went on a mission to reclaim PPI from a few lenders.
Initially I was knocked back on all but one of the claims and the only one that did pay out was the only one who contacted me to ask questions about my previous health which was the reason for my claims.
Over the last couple of years I have recieved letters from lenders saying they have reviewed my claim and payed out. All except one, Black Horse.
I have given the same reason for my PPI claims for all which was that I had cervical cancer when I was younger and on that basis they payed out as they said I would never have been paid out from the PPI.
Is it worth me getting one of these PPI claims companies to try and get this back from Black Horse as I feel like they are holding back money that is rightfully mine?

I don't think you understand what a CMC does. It fills in the complaint form with you and puts it in an envelope and sends it to the same address you used and its looked at by the same staff under the same free-of-charge process.

You can ask Black Horse to review your complaint again. They would have to volunteer to this. If they refuse, you have no leg to stand on. If you use a CMC and they find out you have complained before and were rejected, they will likely charge you for wasting their time.
