Renewal of Lease

Hello, our lease was up for renewal in March 2014.
The solicitor was very slow and maybe very thorough.
Consequently it was actually 2015 before the lease was finally agreed and signed. It is a five year lease.
I have assumed this means it will be next up for renewal in 2020 but am I wrong and will the original intended renewal date of 2014 apply meaning that it will next be up for renewal in 2019?
Regards
