render on front of house has blown and have sand falling thru it.
have been looking at replacement costs and they seem to be quite expensive
would it be cheaper to have it removed and replaced by tiles instead
any advice appreciated.

Tiling is going to be more expensive in both labour and materials, I'm quite sure.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

have asked for quote for rendering , around £4000 ,
