Hello,
I receive disability benefits, and in the past couple of years debts have caught up with me that i have been unable to pay back.
As a result i have a few ccj's in which i have to pay back £1 a month on each of them.
These alter in value between £400 - £800.
My question is how long will these ccj's appear on my credit file for? will it be 6 years, or in 30 - 40 years time when the ccj is paid off?
