YNAB is easy to setup once you know how, there's a few good vids on youtube, but the classes are AMAZING. I honestly could not control my finances without YNAB.

This gives you a rough idea of how to get it going, the best thing is it makes you plan for future "one off" expenses e.g. that car insurance or xmas.

    The reductions are fab :D

I really can't get my head round YNAB, I think you either do and its life changing or you just don't, no in the middle.

I'm a pen and paper girl though :o so maybe why!

I know :) it's a bargain shop (company shop)but you have to work for nhs (I think some other people qualify also)
The prices are always as low as that but they always have different stock in , Unfortunately i'm not a confident driver so have to wait for my sis or o/h to drive :o

Just watching the news on the tower block fire in London ,those poor people must be devastated :( and 6 lives lost so far

    P. yes I think I might stick with a pen paper and some envelopes as well :)
glad it helps some people though !

    Hi Chandelier
it's at tankersley, Barnsley but not sure if there are more across engand , think they have a facebook page - maybe you could find out if there's one near you on there ?
You're only allowed to take one guest in with you so I normally go with sis or o/h .
I get withdrawal if I don't go thinking of all the bargains I'm missing :rotfl:
I have 2 freezers which are absolutely jam packed with food and get my shopping money £100 at the beginning of each month - I won't need all that next month (but it's o/h) birthday so prob will get used up.
Think I could use this to my advantage getting out of debt ... :) Just need to convince o/h to stop wanting takeaways

Not a good day just out of hospital , in a lot of pain so not a lot going on
I think today is the lowest we've been for a long while . Scratching round for money for a few grocery bits and bobs ,bread etc . Got to be more to life than this ...
