Have had enough of Scottish Power

I was with Scottish Power a few years ago, moved to Ovo and then back to Scottish Power (idiot that I am) in January. I received an email asking for meter reasons last week and tried to log into enter them. My electricity account is fine but my gas account says I have left them (it's in the "goodbye cycle" apparently). I rang and the person who answered said they would sort it and it would be correct in a couple of days. It wasn't. I've been tweeting them ever since on Twitter about it and keep being told it will be sorted and they are definitely supplying my gas. I can't enter meter readings or look at bills or do anything that I might want to Now they've asked me to apply again to join Scottish Power in the hope that this sorts it. I've pointed out to them that the only reason I am with them is that I got a good deal and I'm not losing that deal because they can't sort their computer system out.

Put in an official complaint that usually increases their efforts to sort it out.0
