Wallpaper website

Not sure this is the right thread to post, but here goes.

I came across this website selling wallpaper at very good prices and I'm wondering whether it is genuine or not.
I can't find any reviews online and only a mobile phone number which I called. Funny enough the wallpaper l enquired about was coming in that day.

Address is Coatbridge, Scotland. I said l had friends in the area who could pick the wallpaper up for me. I was then told they had moved to Glasgow and do not deal with the public, everything must be done online.

Website is
bestpricewallpaper.co.uk

Would appreciate any advice.

They look genuine as they have given a physical address and they seem to be giving appropriate details about the distance selling regulations.

If you are still cautious, then why not try ordering some samples and see what happens?

Thank you, that's a good idea.
Will make enquiries about whether l would be covered paying by debit card or even PayPal.

Debit cards give very little protection. A chargeback is the only option I am aware of if the bank agrees. Only credit cards provide protection on purchases over £100.

Paypal does offer more protection if it is available.

    hmm, no they aren't.

they say you have to tell them within 5 working days of delivery if you want to return.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 gives the consumer, in a distance contract, 14 days from the date of delivery, to reject without reason.

so at least they tried, but they are wrong.
