Firstly, apologies to Chev for not replying yesterday, no offence taken at all. Yes we are going for compo but it takes years apparently and I'm not sure what we'll be able to do in terms of clearing debt as it'll be my son's money but we'll see.........
Thank you trying-very-trying and Kat that link is great and I don't think I've added anything extra to my expenses form but at least I can tell them to sod off now!
We've had one "no problem" reply from Citi cc and are just waiting for replies from the others. I think they've got my letters cos the phone has been really quiet this week (that's just put the mockers on it!!!)
