How far back? Late payment fees - catalogues & store cards

Hiya all,
I'm hoping for some advice regarding claiming back late payment fees on some old catalogue and store cards. I'm thinking that I've got no chance in most cases, but thought it's worth putting it past the forum in case
I had 2 store cards that were paid off longer than 6 years ago. A New Look one that was taken out in 1998 and an Adams card taken out in 2001. I think both were paid off in about 2004.
A Studio account, which was paid off in about 2006.
Kays account, balance cleared some time in 2007/2008.
I also had accounts with Next and Additions (was Littlewoods when I opened account in about 1998). Both of these accounts are currently included in a DMP that was taken out in 2013. The Next account was defaulted in 2013 and the Additions account has had its interest frozen and they are accepting the reduced payment offers on each annual review with no problems so far. This account has not been defaulted and is showing as arrangement agreed on my credit file.
Do you think that I have any hope of reclaiming late payment fees on any of these please? I have a feeling that I've long missed my chance, but I thought I'd ask because you never know
Many thanks in advance for any advice

On what basis are you suggesting that these fees were incorrectly applied?I have a feeling that I've long missed my chance

Thank you for responding
I would be looking to reclaim on the basis of the charges being too high (unfair) in relation to the costs involved e.g £12 for being 1 day late etc. Not being fully informed at the paint of sale...at the tills while paying, street touts in town etc. The same basis as late payment fees that are being reclaimed on credit cards?
People have successfully claimed back charges unfairly applied to credit card and bank accounts. I just wonder if store cards and catalogues come under the same rules0 -

Late payment fees are not generally being reclaimed anymore. If you were being charged £12 then that seems to be within the acceptable range and not unfair.People have successfully claimed back charges unfairly applied to credit card and bank accounts.
The banks won the unfair bank charges case in 2009. Since then, bank charge reclaims died a death.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
